The Principal Solicitor, Olusegun Onifade Esq., has been in practice for over ten (10) years. He has worked with one of the top legal practitioners in the country, Chief (Mrs.) P.C. Ajayi-Obe (SAN), where he gained vast experience in court practice and procedure. He has successfully handled cases - civil and criminal - in superior courts in Nigeria. In 1998, he was appointed legal adviser and lord chancellor by the Student Union Gorvernment, Federal College of Agriculture Moor Plantation, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

He went into Estate/Property Law and Consultancy about six (6) years ago. Since then, a number of properties (estates, duplexes, flats, bungalows) have come under the company's management.

The firm has also been involved in the purchase of several properties for clients. In addition, clients give the firm their properties to sell. Some of these have been successfully sold while others are still available for sale.
