• Representing people in court generally and particularly in property/estate related cases.
• Offering legal advice.
• Undertaking incorporation of companies, business enterprises, non-profit organisations (religious groups, clubs, societies etc.).
• Processing vital documents in the High Court, Federal Ministries of Internal and External Affairs etc. for Nigerians and foreigners e.g. birth certificates, citizenship papers, Resident Permits, Business Permits etc..
• Filing various company forms like Form C07, Annual Returns, Change of Names etc..
• Registering Mortgages, Debentures and other vital papers relating to loans, finances, collateral securities etc..
• Carrying out all other services and functions of a solicitor.
